Meet Our Team
Inspired by the joy of childhood. Guided by the wisdom of Montessori.
Little Florets' Montessori was founded by two sisters who believe that the early years are the most powerful time in a child's life. Our founders are proud alumni of IIT Madras, bringing with them not only academic excellence but also a deep commitment to creating meaningful impact in the world of education.
Their journey into early childhood education began with a simple but profound belief — that every child deserves a respectful, nurturing, and enriching environment where they can grow naturally and joyfully. Drawn to the timeless wisdom of the Montessori philosophy, they chose to dedicate themselves to building a space that truly honors the unique spirit of each child.
With a blend of scientific thinking, heartfelt purpose, and hands-on Montessori training, they envisioned Little Florets' as more than a school — a peaceful, thoughtful, and loving community for children and families alike.
Their commitment to continuous learning, collaboration with educators, and close connection with parents is what shapes the heart of Little Florets. Under their guidance, our Montessori is not just a place to learn — it's a place to belong, to bloom, and to be.

At Little Florets Montessori, our caregivers (fondly called 'akkas') are gentle, trusted presences in the toddler, primary environment and daycare. With hearts full of warmth and minds grounded in practical wisdom, they bring calm and steadiness to their caregiving roles—helping our youngest children feel safe, supported, and confident as they take their first steps toward independence.
Beyond nurturing care, our caregivers also play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and order of the classroom. From dusting and organizing shelves to keeping everything neat and fresh, they ensure the environment remains peaceful and welcoming—just the way little ones need it to be.
Children are naturally drawn to their quiet, comforting presence. Many feel completely at ease resting or napping with a caregiver gently nearby. This soft-spoken care offers a deep sense of security and peace, especially during the important early days of transition into school life.
Whether offering a reassuring hand, preparing the environment with love, or simply being there with a warm smile, our caregivers bring dedication, tenderness, and quiet strength to every part of the day at Little Florets.
